Working Late SF: Join us for a talk from Stephen Coles

Got a curious mind? In San Francisco this winter? Take an evening (or three!) to check out Adobe’s Working Late series, which focuses on unique stories around the practice and process of designers who craft our daily experiences.

With these events, we hope to step back from the rigor of daily work and examine the threads that connect our professional work to our personal interests. How can we use that overlap to make our work stronger?

The series will roll out with a talk by Stephen Coles on Wednesday, February 25. A writer, editor, and typographic consultant, Stephen will focus his talk around the external influences that contributed to his interest in typography — namely, Mid-Century Modern furniture. Come to the talk and learn more about how Stephen channels this into his day-to-day work. You can also find his writing on Fonts In Use and Typographica — or perhaps dig into his book, The Anatomy of Type.

Claim your ticket now on EventBrite. The presentation will include time for open questions from the audience, and we’ll be providing food and drinks. Come with questions, leave with better questions. We’re looking forward to it!
