In his talk “Developing & Deploying The World’s First Open Source Pan-CJK Typeface Family,” Ken Lunde will delve into the development of Source Han Sans and Noto Sans CJK.

Bram Stein will explore advanced web typography using CSS, HTML and, if necessary, JavaScript. He will dive deep into the current state of browser support for kerning, hyphenation, justification, and OpenType features. Type designer Tim Ahrens will be moderating the day, and leading a Q&A session at the end of the talks.

5th Meeting of Typography
