The Typekit team is trotting the globe again, sharing their knowledge and love of great typography with conference audiences everywhere.

12-14 May | San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina, San Diego, California
Focusing on traditional typographic principles, while also embracing progressive enhancement, Tim Brown explains how fonts, CSS, web-enabled devices, and user contexts coexist.
15-17 May | Haus der Kulturen der Welt, Berlin, Germany
The Adobe Originals design program and the Adobe Type Library are both featured in presentations at TYPO Berlin. David Lemon will be speaking about changes and accomplishments in type design at Adobe, while Frank Grießhammer explores some of his favorite designs in the Adobe Type Library.
The Typekit library will also be at TYPO Berlin, if you need a break and would like to explore the growing collection of typography and design books!

In his Advanced Web Typography talk, Elliot Jay Stocks will walk attendees through “some of the most exciting recent developments that allow us to take web-based typography to the next level.”
14 June | Zürich, Switzerland
Type designer Tim Ahrens will discuss the current state of typography on the web, looking ahead to how he expects the craft could continue to evolve, which cues it will take from print typography, and where it will firmly diverge from the print tradition.
17-18 June | The Times Center, New York, NY
If you’re attending Smashing NYC, you will get to enjoy Tim Brown’s Universal Typography talk. Tim reevaluates what it means to successfully set type, and how to inform routine decisions about typefaces, font sizes, and white space.
